Imam Badr Hassan was born in Iraq in 1985, and completed his studies there, memorizing the Qur’an at the age of nineteen, then traveled with his family to Jordan, completed his Islamic education in Jordan’s institutes, and studied there at the hands of many scholars. Then he immigrated to America in 2013, to become the imam of the Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Mosque, and throughout the week every day he studies all kinds of Islamic sciences, whether for adults or children, male and female, whether the sciences of the Qur’an. On hadith, jurisprudence and faith. He holds a master's degree in Islamic law from the International Islamic University in California. He speaks three languages: Arabic, Turkish and English. He diligently serves the society of his state, providing them with every possible help.
